A presentation covering the department of international air services (through the outbreak of WW II) connecting Mexico with the world. Historical background, rates, and routes will be discussed supported by maps, rate tables, ephemera, commercial and philatelic usages. The goal of the presentation is to construct a framework to aid in understanding this complex subject area

Feb. 17 Iraq: 1917 to 1932
This display shows all the stamps issued in Iraq between 1917 and 1932 (the end of the British Mandate). The British section includes all the issued stamps unused, used and on cover plus all the unissued stamps and the major known varieties. The other sections include all the known major varieties plus stamps, hand-painted essays and die proofs. Many unique and rare items are shown.
